Val 'Hasumai is a Sangheili Warlord serving the Banished. 'Hasumai was considered one of the top four candidates for succession to lead the Banished on Zeta Halo after the death of War Chief Escharum and had garnered support from a large number of Sangheili, Unggoy, Kig-Yar and Humans.[1][2]
It is unknown if he survived the destruction of the House of Reckoning by an Eris tactical nuclear weapon dropped by the Master Chief and Joyeuse.[2]
