Banners
Looking at Subtank's Banner Design I am quite impressed. However, I do not think we should stick to that one image. There are dozens of Landscape images like the image Subtank used. I think the banner should a random tool (<choose>,<option>, you know) where the different landscapes (with the faded outline, [Very Nice, Subtank!]) that can be used. That way, the images will not become banal and unappreciated. Tell me what you think.

UoH Promotion

Idea
Um I am not sure about the adminstration around here as I am new and who I talk to about this, but I had an idea for a new Favicon, it involves using this image File:Master_cheif's_head.png, so um what do you think, and am I talking to the right person about this? Achievement
Hey, saw you were online and just wanted an admin's opinion on something. I dunno if you've looked at the article Achievement, but it's kind of a mess. I proposed splitting off the list of Halo 3 achievements] a long time ago, and no one has raised any objections, so I was wondering if you figure'd it'd be okay to do that now. If you agree, I think Template:Achievement should be moved to a new article, either Achievements (Halo 3) or Halo 3 Achievements. I'm not really sure which'd be best, but the list option matches up with Achievements (Halo 2). Anyways, there are redirects at both those pages, so if you think we should go through with this split it'd be a great help if you could move Template:Achievement over one of those pages. Deleting pages
I would heavily advise against deleting talk pages/user talk pages, even if the content on them is obselete/ridiculous etc. etc. Instead, answer the questions posed on them and keep the page as a record. The 888th Avatar (Talk) 23:10, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
- It never hurts to give out advice...and in this case, I am advising you to follow what is a generally accepted wiki guideline, which is not to expunge records of talk pages unless the associated article/template/project page etc. is being deleted as well. Complete UNSC Template
Hey UNSC Trooper here.
I've got an idea of how to centralize all UNSC-related topics in a single comprehensive template. There are about 2 or 3 templates which deal with the UNSC armed services, history and other stuff right now. What I was thinking of, is creating a show-hide collapsible template able to contain all the important UNSC-related topics: its history, its operations, its notable people and commanders, armed services and other organizations, and other stuff that may come across as important. I'm thinking of this template style: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Sidebar_with_collapsible_lists
I'd like to start working on a test version over at my namespace, but before I do that, I'd need to upload a series of related templates in order for this template to work properly. So, I'd like to know what you think of this and whether or not I can get some sort of "clearance" to start working on it. Let me know what you think.

Show/Hide buttons
Hey. I've put up that UNSC template I was talking about (UNSC Sidebar), but I've heard that show/hide buttons aren't accessible on Halopedia. The template is really long without those buttons, so I was wondering if there was any way to add that option to the MediaWiki files or something. Amends
Earlier this year we had a small problem with each other, involving you, me and Zeno. I'd like to apologize now for my ex-friend's stupidity and my lack of inquisitive behavior during the aftermath. Let me explain. When I was on Zombipedia with Zeno, we made jokes and the like, never meaning to hurt anybody. Sadly, I took a small break from wiki editing to calm myself after some events in my personal life. What is sad about this is that, during my absence, my friend Ryan hacked my account, which used the same password as my computer. He saw my conversations between you and Zeno and, being the jerk he is, decided to, instead of simple dry humor, mock you and curse. Yes, upon coming back to wikia, I was banned and, confused, I thought yo had banned me for my conversations with Zeno and you. The madness ensued and here we are today. It was just a couple weeks ago that my friend told me this and I told DA because I didn't think you'd believe me because, well, let's face it, I didn't seem to sound completely oblivious when I argued with you. I seemed as though I knew what was going on, because I thought I did. I'm deeply sorry for the emotional harm my friend may have caused you. I hope you want to believe me.

About the Spartan-II page.
I'm sure you've seen the summary of the deputes between me and Forerunner, and this whole class II debacle, what I'm writing to you about, is for you to consider revisiting Forerunners edit to the page.
He has provided no concrete evidence to support that there was any final units produced, and that they joined the ranks of class I during the battle of reach. While he is entitled to believe what he wishes, the fact is all we know is that there was an attempt and it didn't yield any results.
No one had a problem with my edit when I did the revamp on the page, until he came in, he has been very narrow minded on the issue despite everything I've done to try and reason with the man.
When I write something I stick with facts. I provide sources, I rarely speculate unless it is the most logical conclusion. That is what I stand by, what I wrote is what has been stated, within the context of official canon, in the future if I am wrong, and there was final units produced he is more then welcome to change it.
However as of this moment, he is simply speculating on something there is practically no knowledge on. I would appreciate if you would consider reverting his edit to mine until this is settled. Durandal-217 22:23, 7 April 2009 (UTC)

The friend-request system has two buttons, but clicking either will result in my rejecting the request. From what I can deduce, everyone has this problem. What am I to do?

Another technical problem
When I post a comment on someone's board or my own, I show up as "An elite \'92," which of course should be a redlink. This needs to be fixed as well, but for now, I have a solution: create a second account "An elite \'92" with no activity other than wiki userpage:

For a long-term solution, I would be happy to work on the system (depending on what programming language this system uses).
