Hi! So sorry for the late reply, I hadn't logged into Halopedia in a while. I found it on the Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/halo-combat-evolved-box-art. IIRC, the uploader mentioned on social media that the file had been circulating on gaming forums back in the day. I haven't found any .psd of the cover in any press kit, either.
