The weapon is directly based on the real-world Glock 17 and maintains stamped details from the real gun such as the "17" on the left side of the slide, "Gen4" on the left side of the grip, and the "Made in Taiwan" stamped on the right side. Despite this continuity with the real gun, an in-universe Vakara GesmbH logo has been painted on the weapon suggesting a different origin than the real Glock 17, though no in-universe identity for the gun was added on. While real world weapons have been seen in mainline canon before, the deliberate deviation suggests the pistol isn't intended to be the real Glock. An in-universe sticker was applied to the gun carrying over the real calibre into the Silver Timeline, matching the stamp on the left side of the slide. Several attachments were also added to the gun including a G-Criss Grip & Compensator. The prop is made of dense urethane rubber.{{Ref/Site|URL=https://heroprop.com/product/halo-burn-gorman-glock-17/|Site=HeroProp|Page=Halo (T.V.
