Name[edit]
Just out of curiosity, due to lack of references on this article, where has the official name been stated? Otherwise, it may be possible that the Medical Corps are just organizations within each branch of service like how the modern US military has Medical Corps for the Army and Navy. --NightHammer(talk)(contribs) 13:50, 8 April 2016 (EDT)
- Ghosts of Onyx (page 108) identifies the organization as "UNSC MED CORPS" in relation to the outlawing of Gamma Company's brain mutagens. Given the name and the fact they're responsible for major decisions like that, it would seem that they're a UNSC-wide organization (similar to the UNSC Engineering Corps). That said, I don't think it's ever been confirmed that the emblem on the page is that of the MED CORPS, nor that Navy corpsmen are part of it.
