In the Halo: Thursday War audio book, the narrator speaks Phillips lines with a Scottish accent. Does that represent how Phillips actually speaks or just the voice of the narrator? --24.222.228.134 19:40, 11 December 2012 (EST)
- That would just be the choice of the narrator. I don't believe there's anything in the text to indicate he's Scottish. You can add a note in the Trivia section, but it shouldn't be considered canon.--
