Population figures

After looking over the terminals again, it would appear that the population figures listed on this page are incorrect. The page states that 7800 individuals were evacuated, representing 0.0006% of the population, which calculates to a total population of 1.3 billion. However the first terminal clearly states that 1,318,797 civilians and 42,669 military were evacuated, which is a total of 1,361,466 evacuees. Using that number as 0.0006% (or 1/166,666th) of the population calculates to an astounding 227 billion inhabitants. Granted this number seems excessive, but of course we don't know the size of the planet (it could be very large), and since Forerunner technology is advanced enough that they don't need to use nearly as much land for agriculture, this number is technically feasible.
