Ohana Prescient Systems
Ohana Prescient Systems is a human company consulted by the United Nations Space Command and its Office of Naval Intelligence for military contracting purposes, most notably those involving weapons parts. Ohana Prescient Systems produced the ATLAS+ system for use with the M99 Stanchion along with other components. The corporation also manufactures the Artemis Tracking System, a prototype sensor system used by Spartan-IVs and ONI operatives.
Prescient means "foresight (having knowledge of something before it happens)", thus making it possible that this group may have some involvement in espionage. Likewise, "ohana" is Hawaiian for "family."
