Kowloon is a city situated on a shore of the planet Cascade.

History

After the Human-Covenant War, Kowloon, much like the capital city Mindoro, experienced an economic post-war boom. The city constructed a new yacht club.

In April 2553, Kilo-Five traveled to Cascade. Vasily Beloi and Malcolm Geffen went to the Old Admiralty Hotel bar in Kowloon while on shore leave.

Trivia

The city was named after the urban area that is part of the Hong Kong S.A.R.
