Jacobs is a member of the United Nations Space Command and one of the crew working in the Anvil Initiative aboard Anvil Station. They are a known acquaintance of Spartan Adrian Vesco and the Sangheili warrior Ovi 'Taar, frequently trading jokes with the latter.[1]
