Background info[edit]
I figured I'd write this for the sake of documentation. Over the past year or two, I've been mapping David J. Peterson and Carl Buck's Sangheili conlang. I've also had the privilege of curating it over at David Peterson's Language Invention Wiki.
The bulk of information found on this page was copied directly from an internal Google Doc shared between DJP and CB. That document itself was repurposed from an earlier conlang DJP had worked on, and it doesn't include all existing Sangheili words.
As is often the case with DJP's scripts and notes, it contains occasional oversights and spelling inconsistencies. I've corrected some of the more obvious mistakes, and in other instances, I've settled on certain spellings and had to infer the meanings of verbs that weren't listed. (I can only guess some of this. Fill in the gaps. –Cortana.) I've done my best to keep everything accurate and consistent with their notes and audio files, but there are likely still a few honest mistakes present here —either made on their part or mine. I'll keep on asking DJP to clarify some things, but he's a busy guy and can't always reply back. Lord Susto 19:43, April 20, 2025 (EDT)
