First in, Last Out is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. This achievement is obtained when a player completes the Halo 3: ODST campaign on Heroic difficulty. The achievement is worth 20 Gamerscore, and unlocks the Superintendent Gold nameplate.
