The Draco system was a star system in the Outer Colonies, under the control of the UEG.[1] The Naniwa system, which held Newsaka, was relatively near Draco and Draco III.[2]

In 2439, the planet of Draco III was settled.[1]
The Covenant would attack and glass Draco III in 2545.[1]
