Cox was a member of ONI Security stationed onboard Ivanoff Station during the Raid on Ivanoff Station.[1]
Biography[edit]
Soon after Jul 'Mdama's Covenant faction began attacking Ivanoff Station, John-117 decided to destroy the Composer with a Havok nuke. The officers in the area were to guard the Composer while the nukes were prepared. Cox was ordered to take the flanks with Edwards. Since Cox and the rest of his unit were missing when John-117 returned to the atrium later, he was likely killed by the Covenant. If not, he was likely composed by the Didact not long after.[1]

Cox is likely named after Greg Cox, an environment art designer for Halo 4.[2]
