Black Falcon is the codename for a series of stealth coatings developed by the RKD Group.[1]

Design details[edit]
The Black Falcon coatings feature thermal dissipation qualities, augmented visual and hyperspectral signature hiding capabilities, and an exceptional durability, including limited self-healing of abrasions. The Black Falcon coatings' formulation and application processes are only known to RKD Group.[1]
Development history[edit]
The Black Falcon coatings were developed by RKD's Shinobi-Tech special projects division in collaboration with the Office of Naval Intelligence.[1]
Usage[edit]
Originally developed for Prowler stealth ships, the coatings were later adapted for covert operatives and ground UNSC vehicles.[1]
In-game information[edit]
Black Falcon is an armor coating of Epic quality. As a cosmetic item, it has no effect on the player's performance. The Black Falcon coating was made available for purchase in the Exchange for 
20,000 with the release of the Legacy Operation.
