William Corey Dietz

William Corey Dietz (born 1945) is a U.S. science fiction author who has written up to 49 novels in the genre. Among Dietz's works is also the novel adaptation of the highly rated computer and video game Halo: Combat Evolved. The book was titled Halo: The Flood, and released in 2003. Prior to Halo: The Flood, Dietz also wrote three Star Wars novels that followed the exploits of Kyle Katarn.
