Guardian rising
In October 2558, a Forerunner Guardian construct was activated by the Created on Ursa IV, before the construct departed to the world of Genesis. The Guardian's activation resulted in large-scale destruction and numerous causalities on the world.[1] The attack site was eventually secured by the United Nations Space Command.[2]
