Team X-Ray was a team in the Spartan-III Program.[1] They went to exercise/train near Zone 67 on Onyx where they disappeared after having reported sightings of a "floating eye". It was discovered years later by Kurt, the surviving Spartan-IIs and IIIs, Catherine Halsey and Franklin Mendez that they had encountered the Onyx Sentinels.
