Team Saber is a United Nations Space Command SPARTAN-III Gamma Company military element. They are one of the best fire teams of Gamma Company of the SPARTAN-III program.

Introduction

Team Saber is the Blue Team of the Spartan-III Gramma Company. Around age 7, they choose to became SPARTANS, and thus, were sent to the S-III training planet, Onyx. They graduated the SPARTAN training program at on February 20, 2551. As they were one of the best squads, they stayed on Onyx to fight for hop honors.

Dossier

• Spartan G099-Ash - The leader of Team Saber, Ash shows the neccessary leadership that is required by the squad leader position. He is always aware of what his teammates are doing, and ready to assist when they are in trouble.
• Spartan G003-Holly (KIA)- Saber's Close-Quarters Battle specialist, Holly was demoted twice for fighting. Her hair was buzz-cut into the shape of bear claws and other Spartan-IIIs would tease her about this fact.
• Spartan G188-Dante (KIA)- The demolitions expert of Team Saber, Dante had near-magical abilities when it came to explosives.
• Spartan G???-Olivia- The team's scout/stealth expert. She was called "O" by her fellow Spartans because she was just as quiet as the vowel's name. She was regularly position as a scout for the team.
• Spartan G???-Mark- Nicknamed "The Mark" for his exceptional abilities with a sniper rifle, Mark is Team Saber's best sharpshooter.

Ghosts of Onyx

During the training the squad was attacked by what sounded like artillery fire. After retreating to the fence near Zone 67 they came across the Onyx Sentinels.

The team joined Blue Team in their mission to retrieve the Forerunner technology rumored to be buried below the crust of Onyx. Their last known location was inside the micro-Dyson sphere at the core of Onyx.
