Seraphs are the [[Covenant]]'s main starfighter, similar to the [[human]] [[Longsword]]. It's mainly a tear drop shape and it is armed with plasma cannons, and guided plasma torpedoes. Mainly used to attack or defend ships from incoming Longsword Fighters.

Seraphs are never seen in action in the games, although they are often mentioned in the novels. The only time a Seraph is seen at all in the games is in [[Halo 2]], on the levels [[The Arbiter (Level)|The Arbiter]] and [[The Oracle (Level)|The Oracle]], where one is seen in a hangar in a [[Forerunner]] facility in [[Threshold]], which the [[Covenant]] storms in an attack on the [[Heretic]]s. The [[Heretic Leader]] attempts to escape the storm on Threshold in the Seraph, but is successfully stopped by the [[Arbiter]], who slays him in combat.

Summary

Appearances

Seraphs are never seen in action in the games, although they are often mentioned in the novels. The only time a Seraph is seen at all in the games is in Halo 2, on the levels The Arbiter and The Oracle, where one is seen in a hangar in a Forerunner facility in Threshold, which the Covenant storms in an attack on the Heretics.
