- Quezon is likely named after Quezon city in the Philippines, similar to several cities in Katagalugan.
- Quezon's title as one of the largest cities in Reach is probably due to the fact that Quezon city is the largest city in the Philippines.
- It is odd that the city is not named "New Quezon" despite the fact that there is already a city of the same name.
