Paul Russel is an American artist and a senior employee at Bungie Studios. He was born in 1967 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He lived there until moving to Washington state, where his job currently has him. He served as an artist for Halo: Combat Evolved and a single-player artist for Halo 2. He also made an appearance on the New Zealand TV show 4 Play: Kiwi Music in 2001 as himself. He still works at Bungie, presumably on Halo 3.
