Template:Ratings The Packbus is a Human transportation service aimed at Earth's illegal immigrants. In order to appear legitimate, they make sure the driver and a few of the passengers are legal citizens who allow the CAA to monitor them electronically via the Surveillance Grid.^[1] It is known to operate in the United States. Whether or not they exist elsewhere is unknown.
