The Office of Investigations is a UNSC organization within the UNSC Navy. It is presumably part of either the Logistical Operations Command or the Office of Naval Intelligence[1].
Kurt-051 was affiliated with this group, but it is unknown whether this was part of his continued guise as a member of NavLogCom or if it was his assignment in ONI. Nothing is said of what the organization actually does; it is simply mentioned and theorised.
