It was haltingly designed, written, and distributed by RelentlessRecusant himself until the night of February 10, 2007, when the acclaimed user '''Guesty-Persony-Thingy''' offered to help write and distribute the Oracle Newsletter.
-The two brought the Oracle Newsletter from its state of torpor, and RelentlessRecusant graphically redesigned the newsletter in accordance with the new trendy color schemes, while Guesty-Persony-Thingy reorganized the newsletter and worked on the content. Both agreed to distribute the newsletter on Saturday nights regularly.
