The Wolverine is a United Nations Space Command ground-based anti-aircraft battery in Halo Wars designed to take down Banshees and other airborne Covenant units such as Dropships and Air Artillery. It bares some resemblance to an M2 half-track with missile pods on its rear.

The Wolverine Half-tracked engine, has been chosen for maximizing space-surface displacement. The two front wheels can ensure the vehicle has great speed while the rear Heavy Rocket-Launcher can be supported by two strong tracked ranges. The Wolverine has a flak role with small auto-homing rockets. Similar units were built fullfill an artillery function, similar to the modern United States Multiple Launch Rocket System .

This unit is not seen outside Halo Wars, despite the Covenant's Earth assault. But by this time, it is possible that these units might have been replaced by others units not using a half-tracked system.
