Biography
During the Second Battle of Earth in November 2552, Tanner and her crew chief, Corporal Jim Higgins, provided transportation for SCPO Frederic-104, P02 Linda-058, and P02 William-043 as they countered Covenant Army incursions on Havana, Cuba and the Yucatan Peninsula [2].
