Petty Officer Second Class L. P. Graves was a UNSC serviceman at Unified Combined Military Boot Camp Sierra Largo in 2488.[1] His UNSC service number was 00773-04652-KK.
On November 3, 2488 Graves completed an evaluation of Crewman Recruit and future-Admiral Preston Cole. Graves's remarks section stated: "Follows orders without question beyond what is required. Keeps mouth shut. Shows initiative. Hard worker. How often do we see that these days? Move this kid onto NCO track before someone makes him a dammed technical specialist or we lose him to OCS."
