Joint Service, Elite is a career award found on the Xbox 360 version of Halo Waypoint.[1] It is represented by an eagle holding a lightning bolt with a blue and white ribbon. The award consists of all 461 Halo achievements. The achievements are organized into eight tiers. The top tier is reached by unlocking 278 achievements. It is the only award which includes Halo 4 and Halo: Spartan Assault achievements.
