Isna 'Nosolee

Template:Ratings Template:Covenant Character Infobox Isna 'Nosolee was a Covenant Elite. He is called a "veteran", a title which is synonymous with the red armor of a Major Domo Elite in 2552.[1]
He served in the standard infantry, but during the Covenant attack on the Pillar of Autumn, he was made an Ossoona, or "Eye of the Prophets". His mission was to obtain useful intelligence from the UNSC by capturing the human ship's AI: Cortana, any senior personnel, and to record everything he saw through use of cameras attached to his helmet.[1] Through the use of Active Camo, 'Nosolee was able to execute his task without detection. He toured the ship's fire control systems and engineering before sneaking onto the bridge of the vessel, where he watched the senior staff closely until he knew for certain who the commander of the vessel was: Captain Keyes.[2]
'Nosolee then followed Jacob Keyes and the senior personnel into a lifeboat, planning to capture the Captain when they arrived on the surface of Installation 04. Keyes noticed the distorted light caused by the Elite's Active Camo. At first, however, Keyes pretended not to notice the Ossoona, but then suddenly shot him with Corporal Wilkins' M6D pistol after contemplating whether the bullet would puncture the lifeboat's hull, compromise the internal atmosphere, and kill everyone aboard. Fortunately, the bullet entered through a slit in the elite's helmet and exited through his neck with insufficient velocity to puncture the lifeboats skin. [3] However, when his body was discovered by a Covenant hunter-killer team on the surface of Halo, they concluded that an Ossoona would put himself at such risk, only if someone of great importance had been aboard. With the help of Ensign Ellen Dowski, the Covenant managed to capture Captain Keyes and execute the rest of the surviving bridge crew.
Trivia
- In Halo: The Flood, he pronounced Keyes as "Keezz".
- Isna was shot three times. The first on the side of his helmet, the second through his chest, and the third shot went through his skull, with the bullet coming out through the back, throwing his blood and brains all over the place.
- Elites with Active Camo in the game are either blue or grey, Isna 'Nosolee was a Red Domo Elite Veteran.
