The Hydra Soldier is a variant of Promethean Soldier featured in the Halo 5: Guardians Warzone map, Battle of Noctus. The Hydra Soldier is a boss that spawns near the Monument, accompanied by Watchers. This form of Soldier varies from the standard Promethean Soldier in that it wields a Hydra MLRS, which can be acquired by the player once the Boss is defeated.
