Haisal Wari[1] is an ostensibly civilian human individual. Haisal and Arris Le were encountered by Jameson Locke's ONI unit and a Sedran Colonial Guard detachment that accompanied them during an investigation into a biological weapon used in a terrorist attack on Sedra.[2]

Haisal Wari will be portrayed in Halo: Nightfall by actor Eric Kofi-Abrefa.
