Private Fincher was a UNSC Marine and a member of Corporal Harland's fireteam, which was part of a platoon commanded by Second Lieutenant McCasky. They were sent groundside during The Battle of Sigma Octanus IV in 2552.
When the squad came under attack from Covenant Hunters, Fincher grabbed the wheel of a Warthog and, with some help from the rest of the team, made it to safety.[1]
