Enforcers  are massive robotic automatons designed by the [[Forerunners]] that serve to contain major [[Flood]] outbreaks on [[Halo]] Installations. They have the same basic design as the [[Sentinel]], with three notable exceptions.

One is the gold-colored armor plating replacing the normal silver-colored armor plating. Whether this is simply a color difference or a different armor alloy altogether is unknown.
The Enforcer's energy shielding, which can absorb more damage than a normal Sentinel. The shield, which only guards the front area of the machine, is immune to ballistic weapons, similar to the [[Jackal]] shield, but is weak against plasma weapons.

Enforcers are massive robotic automatons designed by the Forerunners that serve to contain major Flood outbreaks on Halo Installations.

The Enforcer's energy shielding, which can absorb more damage than a normal Sentinel. The shield, which only guards the front area of the machine, is immune to ballistic weapons, similar to the Jackal shield, but is weak against plasma weapons.

Although an Enforcer is capable of dropping small bombs and firing red plasma, neither of these are particularly damaging. Still, it is best to destroy these machines, in most cases.

They were only observed on Installation 05.
