Circumstance

Template:Ratings Circumstance is a UNSC colony world in the Epsilon Eridani System, along with Tribute, Beta Gabriel, and Reach. Circumstance was apparently famous for its universities and courts of justice.[1] It is unknown if it was glassed by the Covenant or still held by the UNSC. Kurt-051 was born here in Mira in 2511, eventually growing up in Kuiper, before being abducted.[2]
