Circumstance

Template:Ratings Circumstance is a UNSC colony world in the Epsilon Eridani System, along with Tribute, Beta Gabriel, and Reach. Circumstance was apparently famous for its universities and courts of justice [1]. It is unknown if it was glassed by the Covenant or still held by the UNSC.
Trivia
In the Halo: Reach live-action short "Remember Reach", Circumstance is a destination listed at the Manassas Spaceport.
