Circumstance was formerly a UNSC colony world in the Epsilon Eridani System, along with Tribute, Beta Gabriel and Reach. Circumstance was apparently famous for its universities and courts of justice [1]. It is unknown if it was glassed by the Covenant or still held by the UNSC.
