Captain Chu is a human officer serving with the United Nations Space Command. By March of 2554, he was employed by Spartan Operations and was serving in the control center of a Spartan-IV training station.[1] After Rudolf Schein detonated an explosive in the station's rec room on March 29, Chu brought Tom-B292 and Lucy-B091 up to speed on the incident when control was queried.
