On the level Isolation there is a place after you go down the slide that you can actually see a picture of a tiny flood on the wall in front and then to either the right or left of you.

This is an image of the tiny flood drawing on the wall i traced the lines of it to make it more visible

Here is an image of a normaly tiny flood for it to be compaired too as you can see the cave painting is very crude but deffinetly a tiny flood
