Casimir was a human city on Reach.[1] It was likely destroyed alongside the rest of the planet during the Fall of Reach.
Trivia
A similarly-named space station, Casimir Station, is mentioned in the Data Drops. It is unknown if one was named after the other akin to Cairo Station being located in orbit above the city of Cairo.
