Brilliant Gift

The Brilliant Gift is a Covenant Spirit dropship seen crashed in the swamps in 343 Guilty Spark, it doesnt apose a threat when you see it and wont attack you though the covenant survivers will. The Flood some managed to pull the ship out and put it back in working condition to board the Infinite Succor for means to escape the rings.
It is to be noted that the Flood were infected Human Combat forms armed with human weapons and NOT Covenant. They were possibly members of Captain Keyes' team when they first encountered the Flood.
Despite the command crew saying that it can't enter, the dropship crashed onto the Infinite Succor's hanger and was irreparably damaged, killing some of the covenant station there. However, it did not matter. The Flood killed most of the witnesses, soon spread throughout the Infinite Succor, infecting the entire crew and the creatures in the hunting ground except the Legate. It was destroyed when the Infinite Succor was destroyed
