Lieutenant Junior Grade Bill Streeter was a crew member of the UNSC Remote Scanning Outpost Fermion.

Biography[edit]

Lieutenant Streeter served along side Lieutenant David Brightling under the command of Chief Petty Officer McRobb. On August 30, 2552, Fermion's Alpha Probe detected an incoming Covenant fleet in the Epsilon Eridani system. Chief McRobb initiated the Cole Protocol and ordered Streeter to purge Fermion's navigational database. Streeter alerted McRobb that the station's science library (which contained every UNSC Astrophysics journal) was offline for repairs and could not be erased with the viral data scavengers. As the fleet accelerated on an intercept course for the station, Streeter sent their duty logs to alert FLEETCOM. He and the rest of Fermion's crew were killed when the station self-destructed to prevent the Covenant from obtaining the location of Earth.[1]
