Next to nothing is known of Randall as he was only mentioned by Dr. Catherine Halsey in Ghosts of Onyx. He was presumably killed in action in 2532 although Halsey considers him one of the few Spartans truly MIA.[1] -This is especially notable as his name, Randall, brings to mind the Rampant A.I. from Bungies Marathon series, Durandal, a corrupt power seeking Rampant A.I. Perhaps later stories shall shed light upon his fate and whereabouts...
