Skulltaker Halo: CE: Grunt Birthday Party is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is awarded for finding and walking over the Grunt Birthday Party skull in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary remastered mode on The Maw. The achievement is worth 5 Gamerscore and can be unlocked on any difficulty.

The skull is at the platform where the player is supposed to meet Foehammer; it is on the far right the railing. Use the Warthog to get up onto the railing.
