UNSC Dresden was a Marathon-class heavy cruiser that was destroyed above Biko during the Covenant's attack on the planet.

Operational history

During the Battle of Biko, the Dresden was boarded. Captain Aoife Septem and the crew of the ship attempted to defend the vessel.[1]

Sometime after the war, fetcher Oliver Birch was contracted to retrieve a saddle box that was attached to the Dresden.[2]

Trivia

The Dresden was likely named after the historical German city of Dresden, which suffered severe bombing at the end of World War II.
