Sig Raan was a Kig-Yar T'vaoan scientist of the Covenant.[1]
Biography
During the Human-Covenant War, Sig Raan resided in a secret Covenant facility on the planet Otraak. After the rising of the Banished, Decimus sought her in an effort to expand the Banished's technology and fleets.[1]
