Summary
Lieutenant Wagner's ONI Prowler was one of few vessels to escape The Battle of Reach in 2552. He prepared the official report for the UNSC about the fall of planet Reach and was debriefed about it by the Security Council, consisting of Colonel James Ackerson, Fleet Admiral Hood, Major General Nicolas Strauss at HighCom Facility Bravo-6, HIGHCOM's headquarters.
