Around 2531, Victoria was briefly taken over by the United Rebel Front. The URF forces on the planet were led by General Howard Graves. ==Production notes==
The 2009 and 2011 editions of the Halo Encyclopedia put the 111 Tauri system as the Taurus system. Listing Victoria as a location on a planet named 111 Tauri. This was in direct conflict with Halo: Ghosts of Onyx. The 2022 edition of the Halo Encyclopedia rectified this issue by supporting Halo: Ghosts of Onyx depiction.
