UNSC After-Action Report: Battle Group Tango
From Halopedia, the Halo wiki
United Nations Space Command After-Action Report: Battle Group Tango was an official UNSC after action report concerning the involvement of the UNSC Navy Battle Group Tango in the Battle of Theta Ursae Majoris in 2504. It detailed the heavy damage of two UNSC Destroyers and the apparent loss of the Insurrectionist-controlled frigate Bellicose.[1] During an Office of Naval Intelligence debriefing on Reach, the After-Action Report was read to Captain Preston J. Cole by his interrogators. The ONI officers believed that Cole had colluded with the captain of the Bellicose, who had been discovered to be his wife Lyrenne Castilla, and sought to use the account of her death to break Cole's spirit. However, this tactic caused Cole to become stubbornly silent in an effort to protect Castilla's honor.[2] An excerpt of the After-Action Report was included in the report Historical/Psychological Analysis of Cole, Preston J., sent by Codename: SURGEON to Codename: USUAL SUSPECTS in 2552.
