Playback speed[edit]

How exactly do you play a film in slow motion? And can you record clips at different speeds? --Andrew Nagy 00:19, 9 February 2008 (UTC)

Recent Films?[edit]

How do you delete a recent film? I can't get any other films up because I have 25 recent films already there.--SuperNerd1138 February 2008

They should automatically overwrite when you play new ones.

Theater removed in Halo 4[edit]

According to this, theater has been removed in Halo 4. — Destiny sign.pngDESTINY 23:33, 8 August 2012 (EDT) 10:19, 24 October 2012 (EDT)

Correction: theater feature not accessible in Campaign only according to this. Guess they don't want us to stare at "dat ass". =P — Destiny sign.pngDESTINY 23:33, 8 August 2012 (EDT) 10:26, 24 October 2012 (EDT)
Okay, Theater mode is not accessible in Campaign (unfortunately) and presumably also in Spartan Ops, but what about in Multiplayer and Forge World? Is it possible it is available there? --Xamikaze330 (talk|contribs) 13:17, 27 February 2013 (EST)Xamikaze330
Theater is available for wargames and I believe Forge as well. Its not available for Campaign & SoOps.--Killamint [Comm|Files] 13:22, 27 February 2013 (EST)
Cool, that's the answer I was hoping for! At least maybe we (or maybe just me) can have some screenshots to work with! Guess I'll need to update my talk page. --Xamikaze330 (talk|contribs) 13:25, 27 February 2013 (EST)Xamikaze330
If you want to get an idea why it was removed see Subtank's comment.--Killamint [Comm|Files] 16:56, 27 February 2013 (EST)

Canon?[edit]

Now that multiplayer in Halo 4 is canon, does that mean theater is canon too? Think about it. It means that the Spartans are reviewing recordings of their past matches in order to study on their techniques and tactics. It would sorta be like sports players watching tapes of their games. I bet good money that Theater mode will be treated with in-universe explanations in Halo 4. Thoughts?--Ender the Xenocide 20:49, 30 October 2012 (EDT)

Likely not. One would have to wonder how the camera is floating about all over the place. Then you'd film another video of the same event, and find there's nothing where the camera should have been last time. Tuckerscreator(stalk) 21:16, 30 October 2012 (EDT)
But you forget that the War Games are actually one big "computerized" simulation. So if the dimensional data is recorded, they can render a scene from any angle they please.--Ender the Xenocide 21:24, 30 October 2012 (EDT)
